Shipped defective merchandise- fan remote. On the positive side, refunded without hassle. On the negative side, seller provided return shipping label that, when used, resulted in the package that I sent back to the buyer being returned to me undeliverable.
Seller seem to have quality control issues both with merchandise and shipping information. I will not buy from this seller again.

Hunter fan remote arrived as expected. However, upon close examination of the remote a screw was missing that secured the battery access cover on the back. I reported this to the seller. I received three email all stating to check the envelope for the screw. No screw was found in the envelope. The seller, without my input, started the refund process and completed it without providing the return information. Yes, I got the refund but no return information at this time.
