This item was listed as NEW when I purchased it and when it arrived, it was in a plain cardboard box with a "REFURBISHED" warranty registration card. I sent a message to the seller for an explanation and never heard back from them. This is false advertisement at it's best! I would not recommend purchasing from this seller because you never know what you're going to get.

Don't buy from this store, he sent me an refurbished vacuum (not even working, plastic burning smell), the information provided in description is not correct, it's not an open box item, when I tried looking for start guide by scanning a QR code, I got redirected to some refurbished selling website, I do not recommend buying from here.

Do not purchase anything from this seller. This vacuum was advertised as new. When it was delivered the box it came in said reverbished. I would have returned it but regrettably I had ordered it for my sister-in-law and it was delivered when I was out of town. She picked it up and had used it before I found out it was refurbished.
