Shipping was good, 2 boxes arrived in fair condition but packaged very well so no damage. The bed cabinet looks like it's going to be nice once completed. Caveat - don't be a beginner on assembling wood furniture. Not all the pieces had their predrilled holes and the instructions were only pictures - no written directives. Two women and still working on the assembly. Thank goodness my daughter has the strength to get those screws pushed thru, but I won't repeat some of her choise words.
