Cheap Generic Parts.
What I received wasn’t a NTN tensioner even though the box was an NTN box. Looks like someone took the good parts out and replaced them with cheap parts and is selling it as a premium kit. If you buy this kit make sure you check part number on the parts themselves. Don’t trust the box they are in.

Best aftermarket EJ25x timing belt kit on the market
This is the only remaining timing belt kit, other than going straight to the dealer, that I would recommend. Here is what my kit contained: Aisin water pump (japan), NTN tensioner (japan), NSK cog (japan), 2x Koyo Idler (japan), NTN idler (japan), Mitsuboshi timing belt (Thailand).
