My negative review matches the others. I was very excited to find this lamp as it is no longer made. Ordered & paid for it on Aug 10th. Was reported to arrive no later than the 20th. On the 19th no shipping or tracking was available. I attempted to contact seller twice without any reciprocal communication. I contacted eBay who followed their protocol. Ebay is an honorable company - SavingShepherd lacks honor and customer respect. Thank you ebay for your integrity & follow through.
