Items advertised as new Dell keyboard and mouse (ordered 3 sets). Items were not new, and mice were not Dell products. Contacted the seller twice because it took so long to ship, and the way items were packaged I am surprised there was not more damage. Two of the items were damaged (not sure if they were damaged before or during shipping because of packaging, scuff marks on one item).

Unsatisfactory experience. The laptop, differed significantly from the listing. The service numbers didn't match, and it lacked crucial components like the HDD and caddy, most notably the power adapter wasnt included contrary to the title and description. The battery was completely fried. Despite multiple attempts, the seller did not respond concerns. The only positive aspect was the prompt shipping. Future buyers beware: the listing might be misleading and the seller unresponsive
