The Sender just sent broken machine which doesn’t work at all and told me “I’ll give you $10, so take it somewhere and let someone fix in your local”.
I was just repeatedly asking for full refund, and “return”, but he said “then how about $20 instead of $10?”
“JUST GO RETURN PROCESS IMMEDIATELY. I DON’T NEED ANY NEGOTIATIONS.”
Until I texted this, they didn’t send full refund.
It took a couple of days.
It was so ridiculous.
They never care about you, so don’t use this company.
