    The reason I give it a neutral is because there's a little more to using this device with your dog as it affects other dogs around you and your dog usually doesn't know what you're trying to tell him. The good thing about it is if you're trying to find your dog, this is a good tool to have. If I want my dog to come to me.all I have to do is press the button and he willcomes to me. That's the one thing I figured out so far.
