Interesting this is the first I'd ever heard there was a problem, no communication except to leave a neutral comment which is fine. Shipping to the East Coast is very expensive and the jacket weighed 3. 5 lbs. that was explained to you, I don't set the prices for USPS. Sorry you only had a neutral experience.
