The new battery was recognized by the laptop. The box included documentation for the initial setup and warranty of the new battery. The original battery indicated it was charged to 100 percent even though it appeared to be 100 percent dead. This new battery fixed the problem. Will gladly purchase from this seller, again!

Suggest that seller advise this on listing or change picture.
