I’ve debated on whether or nor to purchase one of these for awhile. I’m going through pre-menopause and have high anxiety so I love the options of hot or cold! The hot surprisingly calms me which I didn’t see coming. So I use the warm option for my anxiety and the cooling for hot flashes. It came sooner than I was expecting which was a very nice surprise so I can try it on before going back to work on Monday!!!
