How heavy is heavy for a Chiefs knife?
it looks great, the directions were awesome, but the heaviest chef knife barely hold on, this concerns me. I had to switch the direction fo how I wanted to hang it so it would be more secure. perhaps my knife is heavier than most, i really dont know. other than that, awesome deal.
