Once I contacted them, they asked me to gather shipping return info and cost and they would refund me the return cost after I return. I don’t have the time or want to use my effort to ship a small piece of trash to another country. I took the loss so you don’t have to!!

I purchased mirror caps for my vehicle and even though there was a "✅ This Item Fits" sadly it did not fit so beware. Reading some reviews I thought I would have been burned and I would never receive a refund. However, the seller was amazing to deal with. They communicated well and tried very hard to rectify the situation and even considered custom making them for me which didn't work out due to the complexity of sending dimensions. I did receive a full refund and was happy about that!
