    Excellent Product

    I received a genuine Microsoft product, and I love it. I got about 10 hours play time with this battery. It doesn't weigh much, as most Li batteries don't have a lot of weight to them. I recharge this while installed in the controller using an external charger, but you can also recharge it using your xbox one or a PC, by plugging the charge cable into an open USB port. You can even continue playing a game while it is charging. I use my controller and this battery wirelessly with a PC. I'm really glad I bought this item, highly recommended.

    Official Microsoft recharable battery for Xbox One wireless controller, this is the one that comes in the "Xbox One Play & Charge Kit" just without the packaging and USB charging cable. My battery went faulty and stopped charging and randomly started desyncing from the Xbox One adapter for Windows and turning the controller off while ingame and incombat, turning the controller back on will resync and work again but its an inconvenience and a sign of the battery beging defective. Also probably the best way to find out if your Official Microsoft Xbox one wireless rechargeable battery is going bad is if you connect it to the USB charging cable (that came with the official xbox one play & charge kit) and check if the light on the end of the connector lights up orange or white, if it doesnt ...

    Decent

    I've only had it for about 2 or 3 weeks averaging about an hour a day and I just ran out of charge last night. My Xbox didn't warn me about the low battery so it just kinda died in the middle of my online Halo match. That could be my Xbox's fault or it could be something unique to this battery pack. I have a charging outlet in my chair so I plugged it in and was able to continue playing with no issues. I have not owned it long enough to know if the charge holding ability will worsen over time.
