Seller was honest, offered potential PIN, but admitted the phone was untouched for quite a while. We did factory reset outside the OS, then tested to find phone was carrier unlocked as described. Minor inconvenience with PIN snafu and the seller being so honest was a huge plus in our opinion. Wish all sellers were like this!

    Books are as described and I’m am excited to get them to my niece who wants to use them for centerpieces for her wedding. The books will then either be kept by the bride and groom for their personal library or they will be donated if they have duplicates. Not the seller’s fault that the box arrived several days late. USPS didn’t to their job. The box sat at in one of their distribution centers for several days. I almost contacted the seller to go to their local post office to demand a refund!

    They Work!

    Work as described. Much better design than the SP 515 and other versions before that. Heads up, if you are replacing originals, you'll want to use an impact wrench to prevent breakage. The original spark plugs are two-piece, and due to carbon buildup on the firing tip, are prone to getting seized in the engine head. The impact wrench shocks the plug and keeps it in one piece at removal. I did all eight of mine with no problem whatsoever. You'll also want to order a universal joint to access the Cylinder 4 plug. Socket size is 9/16".

    Make sure you inspect the plugs closely ...

    Make sure you inspect the plugs closely before installing, I was doing major engine work so these plugs sat for about a month before I opened them. 3 of the plugs were broken, they were broken at the ceramic wrapped around the probe, you can hear it rattle as well as the probe has a near zero gap.

    Great value 4 known products

    Can't tell these plugs from OEM, either in the performance or the specifications. Did the 100k plugs & coil pacs on my Ford truck. Runs great, passed all diagnostics testing. Beats all parts store prices by a ton.

    Only way to go!

    Original plugs took a crap out of the box (SP515) found out Ford replaced them with the new version (SP546) and all my issues I been having are gone. My 05 runs smoother than it had in YEARS. These plugs are much better then the old version and better built too, that you can tell when comparing side by side
