    The box was crunched during shipping. Not the fault of the seller, and because it was a puzzle, it was ok. The item was advertised new, but the inner plastic bag was twist tied, which doesn’t look new. As long as all the pieces are there, that doesn’t matter. This is a gift for an elderly parent, so we won’t know about completion for a little bit! The seller was good to work with. Thank you.
