    Very disappointed with this order the free post is misleading after spending so much on the rug and then had to pay £85 in excess to clear, after being told this would be free posted is very disappointing , the quality of the Rug is no good the colouring is fading. Wish I was told about the excess I would have to pay before ordered this rug because I wouldn’t have bothered ordering. Won’t be recommending to anybody. Poor job guys.

    Our shipments are free of charge, as we advertise, especially for the USA, EU, and UK. But governments can issue customs fees. For example, I warn customers from Balkan countries because I have experienced customs-related problems multiple times. But this has never happened with the UK before. I don't know how or why, but I know we are not responsible for this because we sent your package with UPS and entered the tax code. The customs fee was issued unjustly by YOUR COUNTRY with a 60% rate!

    Great product love the mat but the delivery process was not good they tried to deliver but no one was home and no one informed my of where my product was I investigated it to find it was a startrack waiting to be corrected so I did collect it just a shame that I was not notified poor delivery process I am very disappointed with this situation.
