Based on the MAN Company's award-winning truck, the TGX 26.540 6x4 XLX, Light in weight and heavy on detail, Tamiya's 1:14 scale full model doesn't spare any details when it comes to design. It is a radio-controlled kit that has to be assembled (all the information you need is available in the manual), and due to its miniature parts, this product is recommended for older children.The assembly of the full TGX Truck four-wheel drive racing vehicle by Tamiya begins with the interior pieces. This consists of the motor and steering controls. This is followed by the chassis and suspension. Since each part of the TGX 4WD truck has to be carefully put together, the manual that is included is very detailed and will guide you well through the assembly process. The finished vehicles are as beautiful and true to life as the full-sized truck they are modeled after.This mini TGX 4WD racing truck from Tamiya is a two-axle semi that can run on a smooth road. It uses a three-speed gear drive system and a bell-crank steering mechanism. This will allow you to shift gears while using a radio transmitter to operate the vehicle. The shock damper and chassis are made of aluminum while other mini-metal plates are located around the body. The majority of the body, however, is made of ABS plastic. The Tamiya 4WD TGX racing truck uses a 540-brushed type engine. This feature is designed to mimic the full-sized truck's engine. This 1:14 full-scale Tamiya racing truck is around 21 inches long, 7.5 inches wide, and 12 inches high. The full Tamiya 4WD kit has a fixed ground clearance and wheelbase.The tires are made of rubber with a radial tread. Each Tamiya tire in this full kit is approximately 1 inch thick and 3.3 inches in diameter. There are a total of six tires. Two are located under the cab, and the other four can be found underneath the trailer hookup. The four rear wheels each have their own wheel covers. The hookup is black and is tilted toward the back of the Tamiya 4WD racing truck. There are two miniature red tail lights at the back of these trucks.The mini Tamiya 4WD racing truck's cabin is black and features a few silver accents. The front is flat without a hood. On the truck grill, the word MAN can be read accompanied by the image of a small lion. The trucks also have a mini-license plate on the front, and the wheels have silver hubcaps. There are steps below the doors with nonslip safeguards on the treads.Two pairs of headlights are on either side of the front grill, and these headlamps light up when the truck is running. The windshield of the mini Tamiya 4WD truck has two small wipers. There are also large side mirrors attached to each door. The full name of the Tamiya 4WD truck is even written on the doors.
