    It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

    I used to have fibromyalgia. Now I don't. I tried other types of magnesium and they either fell apart or caused GI distress. This magnesium has never done that. The pill is a little on the large side but, with this one, you only need 1 pill once the condition is under control. In the beginning I had to take 2 pills for a few months, but at this price, I was able to afford to improve my health in a meaningful way....finally! I will continue to buy this for the rest of my life.

    Magnesium MALATE, must!

    I never noticed much difference w/regular, cheapest available magnesiums so didn't have much expectation for this...what a wonderful surprise, especially never having had beautiful skin before. Apparently, Lyme & co seriously depletes us (of many good things) thus replenishment is a must. Also, our cells & wonderfully intricate inner workings require minerals & metals to function and would rather hold onto toxic metals than have a void so, fill up w/good stuff, especially after detoxing heavy metals!

    Social anxiety & migraines gone!!!

    Was doing some research and found out that this product helps with migraines which I've been suffering from lately, also my social anxiety. And both have disappeared by 90%!!!!! I've only been using this for over a week now and I can say this stuff is amazing!! I take this along with vitamin D3 5,000 IU both together does miracles!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
