Two discharge tests performed at a discharge rate of 1.4 amps, 5V. 59.5 watt-hours measured capacity out of the original rated capacity of 72.4 watt-hours, or 82% of original capacity. That's pretty good taking into consideration efficiency losses from stepping up from 3.6V (Li-ion) to 5.0V (USB output). Bear in mind, this is a sample size of one battery bank, but it's promising.
