I received the item as described. I am very pleased.
I expect that using these stamps will compel USPS their Exceptional Service. These Souvenir Sheets are 75 years old-and a good addition to any stamp collection going out USPS on the outside of the package.
I sent a friend a package out on Thursday, December 21 and they delivered it on Sunday, Christmas Eve.
I think USPS gave the exceptional service because the box was completely covered in 10 cent Apollo/Soyuz stamps.
