THE GAME IS ENTERTAINING ENOUGH FOR A 7 YEAR OLD, BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHEN YOU ARE FIRST LEARNING TO PLAY. I HAD TO TRAWL THE INTERNET FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES. IT TOOK US ABOUT A WEEK TO LEARN. THE GAME LASTS ABOUT 20 MINUTES BUT IT IS ENJOYABLE. GOOD FOR YOUNG CHILDREN TO PRACTICE SIMPLE ADDITION SKILLS. THE AIM OF THE GAME IS TO COLLECT AS MANY CARDS AS POSSIBLE, WHILST USING TACTICAL POWER CARDS SUCH AS THE WITCH WASH AND WITCH CARDS TO SWEEP ALL THE CENTRE CARDS INTO YOUR POSESSION. When we returned home from our visit that introduced us to Rat-a-Tat-Cat, I purchased the game and look forward to playing it more with our grandson and others.
