Great for changing volume or switching to a different hearing aid program without having to pull out smartphone or compatible tablet to do so. Have seen this listed on other sites for higher prices. The black color scheme, with metallic accents, is sleek-looking.

I use the phonak TV connector to stream TV audio over Bluetooth to my Audio Marvel HAs. I wanted a quick way to switch HA mode to normal so that I could hear my wife when she spoke and then back to the TV. I could do this with the phone app, but that is quite a hassle and takes time. Now, one click, done!
