Like others, I did not receive my item in a box, but I was one of the lucky ones who instead received my Milwaukee 2904-20 hammer drill in a sweet carry case. Inside was the new drill, handle and instruction / owners manual. The drill works great and is brand new. Even though this transaction was a little unorthodox, not delivered in a factory new sealed box, I am pleased with both my purchase and the seller. I recommend both.
