Poor quality product
The 2nd time of use after install of muffler, it broke loose from the threaded pipe that goes into the engine head, thus it rattled. During the next mowing, the muffler fell completely off from the threaded pipe. This was installed on a Briggs Stratton push mower which is used for approx. 20 minutes per week. Very small yard to mow. I am an experienced do it yourselfer, who takes pride in well maintaining my equipment. I could have chosen any muffler, but decided on the Briggs Stratton. Pros - Bought from 2013usflint. Shipped by (first name) Flint. Time will tell if the quality of the part is good. Bought to prepare for next mowing season. I will know more after next year's mowing season. Cons - Item listed as new. It did not meet that criteria. It should have been listed as other. Read the small print.
