I Was getting Stations from this little radio that I would be happy to tune in with a bigger rig… I got Miami,South America,Washington state… Cuba, Cali. Mexico was way too easy…. The Air band by itself was fun to monitor.. I TRIED TO tune in when i heard a plane, but could hear from about 8 miles away… All the bells and whistles werkedto. The radio would get overloaded from other strong signals bleeding thru…. +7 meters antenna would be ill advised. Add a ground orcap. Dialbroke, refund prom

    Awesome radio for the enthusiast!

    The Retekess TR110 radio is an awesome multiband radio for casual listening of more than just AM and FM. It has almost continuous reception of shortwave frequencies 3.2-30Mhz. Also included are VHF 30Mhz all the way to UHF 520mhz in multiple steps. A very cool combination that actually functions. Pretty neat to have shortwave, 2 meter, 70cm, all in one! It's a learning curve to get it going, but is pretty useful if you don't mind the quarky interface.
