I paid for a combo pack (951 - cyan, magenta & yellow) pulse 950 - Black. I received the black and only magenta, but the cyan and yellow were missing. The combo box was open, and it had a tape on it, which makes me think that the seller knew exactly what he/she was doing. I didn't appreciate what appears to be fraudulent. Ebay did refund me my money when I complained.

refund was issued immediately by me, without any ebay intervention, ebay refund process has never worked that fast! they would have asked you to return the item first.
