well I ordered this based solely on the 5 star rating a very good feedback. always wanted one but buddy's talk me out. I got it today. was about 7 pm when I installed it onto my 556. Solid construction. Very clear. Easy to set up. Eye relief is good. bla bla bla. what impressed me is the fact that I had to do nothing to sight it in. this may be a 1 in a million but it's the truth. After mounting, I put my laser bore site in and looked at my 50 yard target. it was dead on. I removed laser , reinstalled it. same . So I put a round in. Center of the X. First shot out of a newly built rifle with a new scope. IMPRESSED. I am a leupold and vortex guy. I had some ebay bucks to use. Not good for AR or M4
The relief on this scope is about 1" so your eye has to be real close to the scope & the mounts it came with are short so the front scope cap touches the rail. Since the relief is short the scope has to be mounted really far back & it covers the charging handle. Other than that it's a great little scope. Compact, clear & easy to adjust for windage & elevation with the turret style knobs. You can not use the illuminated recticle in low light conditions either.The relief on this scope is about 1" so your eye has to be real close to the scope & the mounts it came with are short so the front scope cap touches the rail. Great Scope
This is a great rifle scope. It works well on my AR. It has bright optics, and the colored crosshairs show up well in any light. The scope is clear and the turrets are easy to adjust because there are no caps to have to remove. They are easily adjustable even if you are wearing gloves. The flip up lens caps keep the lenses clean and flip out of the way in an instant. The price is good, too.This is a great rifle scope. It works well on my AR. This isn't much for close up shooting, but then again, it's a scope! I found that it works great outdoors at 100 yeards, abut not so well indoors at 20 yards! Affordable and functional....I like it....
