The Samsung Galaxy Stellar SCH-I200 smartphone is a unique Samsung Galaxy variant developed specifically for the Verizon Wireless LTE network. This occurred when they requested a Galaxy cell phone optimized for their data network. It was released with pink and black options for the cover. Based on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, the L200 is an LTE-enabled smartphone optimized for connectivity. It was built with an emphasis on both calling and multiple communication methods. Most notably, the Samsung Galaxy Stellar has a unique starter mode option. It enables a simplified interface for phone calls, text messages, and video chat. This allows more advanced options to be turned off. With a lighter load, response time decreases and the phone's most commonly used features are easier to access. Switching between the "starter" and "advanced" modes is as simple as hitting a button. These Samsung smartphones are an ideal companion for those who prize longevity and reliability over all other aspects.The Samsung Galaxy Stellar has specs built around a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. 4GB of internal memory is included, which can be expanded up to 32GB through the use of an SD card. The 2100 mAh battery lasts up to 17 hours when used and has 216 hours of standby time. The Samsung Galaxy can connect to accessories or chargers via its MicroUSB port. It is also possible to connect to devices, cell phones, and accessories via the Bluetooth 4.0 wireless connection. A Band 13 (700 MHz) cellular antenna connects the Galaxy to the cellular network. The 4-inch touchscreen has a 480p display and touch feedback. The rear-facing camera is 3.2MP and the front-facing camera is 1.2MP for plenty of photography options.The primary focus of the Stellar is providing a reliable and sustainable communication.     good phone,

    Smaller then what I expected but I had cracked my screen on my Galaxy 4 phone, and couldn't trade it in for a upgrade broken. Purchased this phone and then used it as my trade - in. Cheaper then paying full price for a phone. I did use it for a few days and it worked great.

    Waste of time

    I ordered this phone knowing it was used. The description said that their was an issue with the area to charge the phone. You may have to wiggle a bit for the phone to catch the charge. What it should’ve said was the phone doesn’t work! I bought 3 different chargers and two different batteries. Nothing.

    Good entry level 4G smartphone by Samsung!

    Good entry level Android phone. Don't expect to be "wowed" by features and options. Camera is only 3 megapixels so you there will not be stunning photos either. If you want a phone that will allow 4G LTE speeds for browsing, the latest Android OS, access to Facebook social media, etc and not a huge pocket expense, you will enjoy this phone!

    A Basic Phone That Goes Beyond

    Not the fastest or most feature-packed phone on the market, but a true bargain for an entry-level 4G phone. Good 3G/4G signal capture, decent audio quality, great screen graphics and excellent battery life (with a little tweaking). Has proven to be fairly rugged as well, when fitted with a rubberized case. Has all the desired Android features, a nice balance of economy and functionality. Texting is a bit cumbersome, but not a big problem if you keep them short and infrequent. Camera is just so-so, but good enough in a pinch. Don't expect "Stellar" performance in any single area, this was not designed (or priced) to be the top dog. If you're looking for a good quality 4G phone at a decent price, can't go wrong here.

    A pretty solid entry-level Android 4.0 handset on its own.

    The good: Verizon's free Samsung Galaxy Stellar has 4G LTE, a nice screen, a fast processor, and very good battery life. The bad: The Galaxy Stellar's flashless camera takes poorer indoor shots, and call quality could use some work.
