A different cat in it every time I look.......
This is the second heated cat house I've bought......It seems well constructed and the heated pad seems to be working fine. I almost always see a cat in it, but since I have about 1 1/2 dozen outdoor cats, someone always needs a place to sleep. I didn't give it 5 stars because the 'door' is really a lot larger than it needs to be and there is no cover for it. A previous purchase on sale from our local Tractor Supply store has a clear PVC type of flap that velcros in place so you can use the house with or without. Since I live in the far north east of Wisconsin where we get some pretty brutal snowstorms, that extra flap option really comes in handy. The reason I bought this one even without the flap (but not noticing the difference in the much larger 'door') is because it was in a ... Not very warm
House is quality made. Goes together easy and secure. Only drawback is the openings are fairly big for the size of the house and there is two of them. House is pretty opened up. Also the heat pad does not get very warm at all. It does heat up but on really cold days at best I would describe the floor as not warm but not cold either.

Inside use only - garage/basement
Well constructed considering cost. Not rain/ snow proof but definitely will help an outside cat somewhat stay warmer then using nothing. The wide open door on both.sides doesnt exactly keep the hut too.warm but it is nice for.cat to have easy escape route. If set up in wind -rain-snow proof area it will sure keep your cat warm enough to survive without costing you much electricity . I personally think it would work very well inside your home for kittens an.older cats as it would be helpful for exspecting mothers aswell as older cats who tend to have arthritis and kittens would enjoy the extra security and warmth this hut provides .Well constructed considering cost. Warm and cozy
The house seems like a good quality. We'll see this winter if our outside ferals will use it. It was a bit of a challenge to put together, and one of the zippers doesn't work the best, but I love that it will be heated and has two areas to go in and out. I'm hoping it will be the perfect fix for our furry friends. It was a very good price and came quickly.

Great little cat house
This heated cat house is good for a garage when it’s cold outside. But it’s not enough for places where it snows. The door is too wide and the wind blows right through it. The cats do love it and enjoy it in our mild Florida weather. It’s water resistant too.
