Item arrived. Was missing hardware to mount to vehicle. Seller offered to assist with refund for missing parts. Bolts, nuts, washers, and lock washers are not stainless and will have to replace all of them. Contacted Seller and they have offered to reimburse partial amount to assist with replacing non stainless materials. 4 Stars given on description because of bolts and nuts, etc were not stainless and will corrode quickly resulting in having to replace. Communication was good as was shipping.
