I received my phone late as a start and when it did arrive it came out to be the wrong phone. I ordered the one plus 9 pro and they sent the one plus 10 pro witch is a cheaper phone and worse. It is also confusing because I asked to make sure it was the 9 pro which they responded yes. This group of sellers are a scam. As a person who know well about phones I knew it was worse, but to a bling eye it would seam better. I needed this phone as a gift and now I don’t have one because of them.
