I ordered large: 6' male with 30" inseam, thin cycling legs. These legging were VERY tight first time I tried them on - could barely get them over my knee. Very disappointed. Kept taking them on/off over several days - the material began to gradually relax. Finally able to try them on a 25 mile ride in 45F weather. They did OK .
