Don't forget about media mail. These are paper and qualify for the significant shipping savings for you; the cost was great but long term it adds up over multiple orders. The wrong size pattern was sent by mistake. However, the seller was magnificent from the first email I sent telling her of the discrepancy. I submitted a return request with Ebay.com and all went well. When the item I've mailed back is received by the seller, I will be given a refund. What more could a person ask?
