    Defective Unit

    The differential failed after 35 miles of normal road traveling. Requested a replacement part since I was still within the 30 day return period and received no response. Upon second attempt at getting a replacement I received a message saying another diff would be shipped out. I was grateful until I got the other unit. The gears were chewed up inside and therefore had to unexpectedly swap parts from one diff to the next without proper equipment for the job. Now the SUV shakes and makes noises from the gears not being properly synced. Save your time and money for a new differential or reliable source. Highly NOT recommended!
