I bought 51+ snails, and 29 arrived dead. The smell emanating from the box was putrid . They shipped on a Saturday, during the New Year holiday, and didn't arrive until Tuesday. The seller insisted they were alive despite clear evidence. This person has got to be clinically insane insisting I was trying to scam her/him. Dude they are SNAILS not gold. He/She was extremely uncooperative, rude, demeaning, and won't stand by their product. Save your money.

THIS SCAM ARTIST INQUIRED ABOUT HOW TO FILE A CLAIM WHILE IN TRANSIT. Three day delivery. 20 orders shipped the same day. This order arrived in 3 days from GA to FL. NO OTHER ORDER CLAIMS LOSS... but this one, that was delivered in 3 days in mild weather to a person who complained BEFORE receiving them has issues?? THE LISTING IS CLEAR....I WILL NOT PAY OFF LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS

Yup you caught me.. I'm trying to scam you out of aquarium snails. I feel very sorry for you being such a hateful person. Wishing you love light and/or finding your God of choice. The seller is generous and responsive. The fish are as described. Lively and healthy at arrival. Shipping took a bit linger than expected but the fish arrived perfect. My mail man left them in the mailbox which could have ended badly but I was watching for delivery confirmation so it's all good. Watch out for that. Fish arrived dead and in a soaking wet box and no water in the bag. Sad. Was a really beautiful fish. Post office error I’m sure but box was not labeled as fish or fragile or anything. Was probably tossed around. Also left in my mail box and not brought to my door. Store owner refunded me partially and responded quickly to my messages and worked with me so I’ll give credit where credit is due
