    Great movie for the whole family. It was Smurftastic!!

    This was a great movie! I saw the advertisment for it when it was going to theaters and couldn't wait for it to come out on bluray so I could actually spend the money to be able to keep the movie instead of just seeing if once. My whole family enjoyed it, all 4 of my children ages 4-10 loved it so much that we watched 2 days in a row. They did an excellent job on this one. The only thing I wish is that if they come out with another one that hopefully it will be based in the Smurfs' village. It was nice seeing them go to NY but I think it would be great to go back to where it all started. I loved the cartoon as a child and loved the movie as an adult. Who wouldn't love the smurfs, unless your a fan of Gargamel. Hank Azaria did a great job playing the part and Neil Patrick Harris did great ...

    Kids 2 to possibly 10 will like it. You'll be mildly amused.

    It's a kids film, kids will like it. The Smurf franchise continues. If you're an adult? Well.... Watchable, but I bet you won't watch it a second time. Neil Patrick Harris' career comeback from being type cast as Doogie Howser came when he took the risk of playing himself in Harold and Kumar. Stop taking risks Neil, stay on How I Met Your Mother. I swear he's just barely skating through this one acting wise just to get a paycheck. Hank Azaria makes a good Gargamel and I did laugh when he 'appears through the mist' but it's one dimensional. Of course! It's the Smurfs!

    A MUST SEE MOVIE FOR WHOLE FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!

    Very cute, movie! Great for whole family. My son loves it so much and watched over and over again. It reminded me , I used to love to read The Smurfs stories in pictures books back 25 years ago. It is great to see they brought them into life.

    Delightful movie for entire family!

    I selected this film because I was a Smurf fan when I was a kid. Wanted to share it with youngsters in the family. This film is a delightful treat for the entire family. Smurf fans will find the updated look of the Smurfs true to character. The live action adds a delightful dimension to the little blue characters. Great DVD. Highly recommended.
