      The doll came with a horrible broken face. The battery pack was placed in the box and flew around in the box during her journey and broke her head all over! I'm not a return person so I choose to keep her as is. I'll do a wig and clothes exchange on another doll so I have this one with rare clothes and wig. Sad it wasn't packed better to prevent this! Seller did offer a full refund once I sent it back but I can't bother with that! It's only money! 💰
