Assembled the unit following the manual and went fairly smoothly watching the youtube videos does help. 1st print used the used the cube on flash drive came out better then perfect. Don't understand the negative reviews online but this unit does take time to put together but amazed at the movement and how quite it is. A lot of the problems reported years ago have been addressed on the latest version of the X5SA Pro. Don't be nervous just buy it

Arrived one day early. Perfect, pristine in new Tronxy packaging. Just like the other two I have previously assembled. These are inexpensive, workhorse 3D printer printers. The company continuously upgrades the line, even on the earlier models, such as extruder, glass plate, etc., Many years ago, got a return instead of new, company shipped a replacement while the return box was on the way to them. They do stand by their products, which is why I bought this one. Some assembly required.
