    Vintage Archtop Case

    I purchased this to replace an old cheap case I was using for my 70's vintage D-18. Case fit the guitar very well . Good and snug but not tight. I am not able to leave the strap on any longer as there is just no free space to put it in , so I got a set of strap locks so I can take the strap on and off and roll it up near the head of the case. Good looking and a little heavier than my old case. Should have bought this a long time ago !

    My experience with Silver Creek dread case, and Seagull dread guitar.

    Bought this Silver Creek vintage archtop hardshell dreadnaught case, for a Seagull Maritime SWS dreadnaught body guitar, with no cutaways. Measurements of my guitar are... . . . . Lower bout 16" --- middle (waist) 10-1/2" --- upper bout 11-1/2" --- body length 20" --- body depth at upper bout 4" --- body depth at lower bout 5" --- Guitar total length 40" This guitar fits snug. Almost too snug. More snug than I like with the lid closed. Case specs state 5" body depth. This is true, however, I don't like how they arrive at this. About 4" is in the case, and about 1" is in the lid (plus or minus a bit). Guitar sticks up out of case, and the lid finishes the job (so to speak). And that's when and where it gets SNUG. All measurements I've listed MAX OUT this case, except you may get ...

    Great Product to Purchase!!

    Very well made with an excellent fit for the Yamaha FGX730 AE. Nice look with a plush, green, well-padded interior, and the shell casing is very strong with 6 latches for secure safety. It's a great product for a very nice price.

    Nice case poor fitting accessory lif

    The case is very nice with the exception of the accessory lid fitting too tightly, it is hard to close and open. I would recommend checking the fit of the lid before buying. My slope shouldered 12 fret dreadnaught fits nice and snug.
