There was one small issue with my order not containing a part of the scanner, which is necessary in order for the scanner to function properly. I messaged the seller who took immediate action to resolve my issue. Not only that , but they were very kind and empathetic to the oversight. I wholeheartedly believe that’s all it was - an oversight. I would purchase from this seller again. A+++++++
