    Good but not so good

    Pro: easy to use. Cons: hard to start and stop the record with gloves. Not all functions to be set from this remote. Good for other sports except diving and riding a motorcycle.

    LVR-1 Better Than Some of Critics Say It Is...

    As is typical of Sony products, the documentation was not clear but once I figured this out it has worked flawlessly. I shoot a lot while trout fishing and the LVR-1 allows me to quickly see what I'm shooting. The brightness could be better but overall very pleased with the product, performance and features. Pairs very easily with my Sony Action Camera.

    Easy to use

    Easy to use this Control, had a litle bit of problem with synconise this remote with my cameras otherwize, no problem. Really god with the display on the Control, much better then my GoPro Control. GoPro is easier to conect to multiple cameras.

    Essential for taking great pictures !!

    I had trouble connecting to remote but when I did it was perfect. You will need this to take videos and pictures. You can record, stop, and change setting with the remote. If you are going to buy a Sony action Cam you better get ready to buy this remote. Cant stress how much you going to need this to film all you activities. It is water proof and built well, ready for the outdoors.

    Great!....once its sync'd to each other...

    This wireless remote is of the utmost importance if you have a sony HRD-AD100v camera! Sure you can use your apple or samsung phone which I did for a year or so until I dropped my phone off the chairlift. Sure you can tape the phone to your...you get the message, Anyway, there is no way to see what the HDR the camera is shooting. It's just too small to have a monitor. You need this !
