    I want to sincerely apologize for what happened. Our eBay account was hacked, and for several weeks we had no access to respond or follow up on any orders. This situation was completely out of our control, and we only recently regained access.I understand the order was canceled and the money refunded correctly, but I believe it’s a bit harsh to receive a negative feedback for something worth just $4, especially in a case that wasn’t really our fault.
