Plays consistently
The bamboo reids would play good then for some reason I couldn't get them to play well. Very fickle, with this reid every time I pick it up it plays consistent. Had it a month , been playing sax 8 mo. Would recommend

Great alternative to cane reeds! Very consistent, require no break in before using and no epreparation prior to usn. Personally, I still prefer cane reeds. There is something about the quality of playing the upper register and the feel that I prefer. However preparing a cane reed so that it will be this responsive out of the box is a real art.
