This buyer opened Unreceived case when item was delivered. We offered proof to eBay. Buyer closed that case but opened return case. We agreed with buyer's return request and eBay asked buyer to return it on his own. What we can do is to wait for returned items before issue refund. From the beginning to this negative feedback received, buyer never contacted us directly through eBay message. He just opened case again and again. Question: Why not contact us directly to let us know what you want?
