    Sharp and easy to use.

    This peeler was recommended by America's Test Kitchen, and having used it I know why. It's very sharp and peels notoriously tough vegetables like turnips with ease. Well worth the reasonable price!

    Poor quality

    Cheap poor quality product. It not reliable product. It has cheap blade after some use it became rusty. It is not made in Switzerland nor has a carbon blade. Any one can find better quality in department store. Nor recommend. Cheap plastic handle. Looks like a Chinese product.

    Best peeler I've ever had.

    This is the best peeler I've ever had. It fits my hand nicely, easy to use, and the potato "eye" remover works great. Peels potatoes, carrots, whatever, you can make julienne cuts and carrot curls with it, anything. (I saw a demo). And it lasts. My old one must be 20 years old, and still good. I saw this new one while searching for something else, and got it, just to have a new spare. Great product, great price.

    Inexpensive good peeler

    I only gave it four stars because the last one "only" lasted 3 years, and it broke. It is a simple cheap plastic unit with the metal band running across the y plastic piece. The metal will rust slightly if left out enough times very wet (but you can clean light rust off with a piece of sandpaper). All in all, it is a good product, works well.

    Great little peeler!

    It takes a little getting used to, to make this tool work smoothly, but it is super sharp and does a much, much better job of peeling potatoes and carrots than the typical peelers available at dept. stores.
