Tracking showed they delivered it on the 31st, maybe , but not to me.... Seller did refund me due to this ... (Thank you ) ...I think it's unfair that we have such a horrible postal service now , and seller sent an item, then they loose it , And now cost him money for replacement or refund .. i hope he files claim against USPS for his investment back .. I'm sure it would have been a great decal otherwise
