This seller is United Wheels which is the parent company of Royce Union. For whatever reason, they just won't communicate with you through eBay. They never answered any of my questions and marked the package as shipped 3 days after I received the bike via FedEx. Only because I have a FedEx online account I knew the item was coming. If it wasn't because of that I would have canceled the order. The bike was delivered in perfect condition and you won't fine a bike like this for $220 anywhere.
