    Poor design... Bottom drain leaks yet I get some nonsense that he sold a load of them without issue. He did try to be helpful in saying he would send out some new seals but when asked for a return he ignored me so eBay got involved and refunded the item. He then made out it wasn't returned in the same condition... i wasn't going to leave feedback but given the cheek I'll leave my experience through feedback. I'm sure he will reply to my feedback like he did someone else being obnoxious.

    Used this at the weekend when it arrived as our Lazy Spa had scale floating when bubbles were in plus all on the bottom of the Spa. So easy to use will make this a regular maintenance job. Saw the advert on Facebook about the Hampson scale away so had to get one. Brilliant product does the job.
