Bad customer service! Half of the product arrived melted, making it impossible to (accurately) measure in recipes. Seller’s resolution? “Saying sorry for your inconvenience” (ONLY) It is more than an “inconvenience” when you pay double the price for 50% of usable product!

Ordered chocolate when it is over 100 degrees, we shipped with ice packs and 2 day priority mail but a small amount was melted and wanted us to send another order so it was all about getting free product.
